The error that appears occurs when you upgrade your existing WHM/Cpanel immunify360, Specifically, if you have updated to immunify360-firewall - version 8.3.3-1, this starts to happen. All API requests to your WHM server will fail
to fix this, simply whitelist the existing WHMCS server IP to the immunify360 firewall
you can use CLI from WHM/CPANEL terminal
